Given the level of innovation and disruption businesses are facing, compounded by increasing convergence with technology and cross-border transactions, the following courses can be explored — financial risk manager from Global Association of Risk Professionals, certified fraud examiner from Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, certified information systems auditor from Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and chartered financial analyst from CFA institute. I would further suggest that one should have working proficiency in at least one foreign language as that could prove to be a differentiator and set you apart.
