What great leaders can learn from photographers

A leader must consider multiple aspects in order to be successful

According to Hal Gregersen, executive director of the MIT Leadership Center, leadership is an art and leaders are artisans who need to hone their skills. Just like a good artist, a leader is someone who wants to produce the best work they can.
