2016 is going to be the year for virtual reality (VR), says a new article by CMSWire . Apart from the obvious brand Oculus Rift, there is a whole range of VR headsets that are currently in, or will be launched, in the mass market.
According to the writer, there are a lot of ways in which VR could find its way into the workplace. Some of these are in fact already in use, others are in the pipeline and certain workers can expect these to become part of their daily experience in the future. The fields include training, research and development, collaboration, retail, therapy and treatment, and sales.
