Great Lakes Institute of Management witnessed successful placements of PGPM batch of 2022. The average CTC grew by 31 per cent increase from ₹13.6 lakh per annum to ₹17.86 lakh per annum. Many renowned companies such as Accenture, ADP, Bain, Bristlecone, Deloitte, Cognizant, EY GDS, FedEx, HCL, Infosys, Incedo, Optum, Tiger Analytics, Zoom, and ZS Associates were a part of the placement process.
Companies came from segments such as analytics, business and technology, consulting, product, logistics and supply chain, fintech, healthcare, sports, edtech and digital. The highest domestic CTC is ₹33.26 lakh per annum and the average CTC is ₹17.86 lakh. Though, the average for the the top 10 per cent is ₹31.1 lakh.
