70 per cent IPE students placed

So far, highest package has been ₹8.1 lakh an annum and the average, above ₹5 lakh

About 70 per cent of MBA students of the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, who will graduate this year, have been recruited in the on-going campus placements, Director R K Mishra announced.

“We are confident that the remaining students will also be placed by the end of February 2016,” he said in Hyderabad today. The class has a total strength of 300 students. The highest salary offered so far is ₹8.1 lakh per annum, while the average salary is above ₹5 lakh.

Nearly 100 companies, including majors such as Deloitte, TCS, Oracle, ONGC, Axis Bank, Franklin Templeton and Writer Corporation, have been recruiting from the institute.

In 2015, IPE had achieved 100 per cent placements for entire batch of 200 students, the Director added.
