IFIM plans bridge course for students applying for courses abroad

The five-month course will facilitate campus experience with industry-led academics

IFIM Business School, among India’s top six AACSB-accredited business schools, based in both Bengaluru and Greater Mumbai is launching a bridge programme for Indian under-graduate and postgraduates students. The main focus of this course will be on the following students: Students looking for overseas education; students who are studying online through an international university due to the travel ban and students preparing for SAT or ACT , GMAT or GRE , LSAT , SAT and advanced placement

Students who enroll into this programem will have the option to pursue their academic course by their respective foreign universities while staying on the campus of IFIM Business School at Bengaluru and Greater Mumbai. It will provide them a platform to network with peers of their age groups at these campuses. Additionally, they will be allowed to take courses in the areas of communication, leadership, business, science, law & design from the bouquet of courses offered by IFIM Business School.

Atish Chattopadhyay, Director, IFIM Business School, says “The conventional education system has had an immense impact by this pandemic. Students are rattled and are desperately seeking effective solutions to address the new normal. With the growing number of students aspiring to study in an international school and the decline in the number of students travelling abroad to study, this programme will focus on fostering a culture of collegiality. With our motive of graduating future-ready professionals, this programme will allow the students to prepare for a full-time programme in a foreign university with a credit transfer facility offered by our partners based on the merit.”

The students will have access to all the sporting facilities, labs and library resources at the campus. There are limited seats for this programem and the students can reach out to the Students Services Organisation Office of IFIM Business School ( www.ifimbschool.com ) to get more details.

The B-school has decided to launch the bridge programme to give the full student and campus experience with rich academics and a personality enhancement programme during the five-month course.

Established in 1995, the IFIM Business School, Bangalore, is currently amongst the first six B-schools in India to have been awarded the AACSB accreditation. IFIM is also accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS), and is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
