At the cluster 3 of the final placement process for the PGP Class of 2022 at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), several new recruiters across cohorts including Garena, Eightfold.ai and H&R Johnson (Prism Johnson Limited) offered management roles.

The cluster 3 comprised eight cohorts, which included analytics and IT consulting, banking insurance, consumer tech, core manufacturing and infrastructure, enterprises tech, financial services, fintech, and government enterprises. Fintech firms made the maximum number of offers and start-up UnDosTres emerged as the largest recruiter with most offers.

International offers

Notably, as many as 50 per cent of all offers that were rolled out in the cluster 3 process were international offers, IIM-A said in a statement. "There were dream applications for Cluster 3 and this reinforces the candidate-recruiter fit that the Cluster-Cohort system offers," it added.

The premiere institute also concluded the final placement process for the batch of 2020-22 of the PGP-FABM (Post-Graduate Programme in Food & Agribusiness Management) on February 11, 2022. Several new recruiters made offers in the FABM space. These included industry majors such as Deloitte, Accenture, TVS Credit, Absolute foods, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Mitsui & Co. Ltd, Trident group, Zepto, Waycool, Justdial, Arya.Ag, Thermo Fisher among others. Total 46 students of FABM Class of 2020-22 were placed.

The entire process was carried out in an online mode. With this, IIMA announced the successful completion of its final placement process for the batch of 2022. "Firms from multiple domains participated across the 3 clusters in the Final Placements," it added.
