IMI Kolkata has recently launched the Post Graduate Certificate in Family Business Management (PGCFBM) programme. The 11-month programme is spread across six modules. IMIK Director Prof Mohua Banerjee, said, “The Post Graduate Certificate in Family Business Management programme promises to provide a wonderful learning experience under the able guidance of highly acclaimed faculty members, corporate leaders, and established entrepreneurs. IMI Kolkata invites the aspirational family business owners and their successors to explore and join this programme to take their businesses to the next level of growth.”
The modular course structure provides a greater degree of flexibility, enabling participants to attend the programme while managing their businesses simultaneously. According to the programme director Dr Swapnarag Swain, this PGCFBM programme is unique in several ways. The programme will be delivered in a blended learning mode, a judicious mix of physical and virtual classrooms.
The participants will be mentored by the senior business leaders of RP-Sanjiv Goenka group. The programme also offers the option to avail two-week international immersion with the University of Paris, France. This will involve a week long visit to the University of Paris and a week of online lectures by the internationally acclaimed faculty members.
