The 37th annual convocation of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) will be held on Saturday, April 28.
The convocation address will be delivered by the chief guest, noted health practitioner in backward regions, Padma Shri-awardee Dr Abhay Bang, director of SEARCH (Society for Education Action and Research in Community Health) located at Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.
The chairman, board of governors of the institute, faculty and graduating students of IRMA will participate in the convocation procession, the institute said in a release.
The students will be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) and Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM). Additionally, the Vasanthi Memorial Gold Medal will be awarded to the topper of the 37th batch of PGDRM.
