This is an initiative by Espire, the entrepreneurship club of LIBA

Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) inaugurated the E-Talk series 1.0 recently. Attended by academicians and students of LIBA, the session was inaugurated by C Sylendrababu, IPS, ADGP, along with Xavier Raj, Professor - Entrepreneurship Management, Chairperson - CK Prahalad Centre for Emerging India and Head - Loyola Inclusive Incubation Centre, and A Siluvai Raja, Deputy Chairperson, Admission, LIBA.

E-Talk series 1.0 is an initiative by Espire, the entrepreneurship club of LIBA, in association with CK Prahalad Centre for Emerging India. The evening witnessed Sylendrababu as the guest speaker addressing the gathering on the topic 'Intrapreneurship in Government'. The session highlighted intrapreneurship and its characteristics. He shared various experiences in the police department and the importance of intrapreneurship to be successful at any job.

Sylendrababu said, “I am very happy to be present at LIBA and addressing management students on intrapreneurship. Intrapreneurs are highly self-motivated, pro-active, action-oriented and take initiatives. To be a successful intrapreneur, one must always try something new and believe that change is important. Google and Sun Microsystems are classic example of intrapreneurship where the employees were encouraged to develop their own ideas. One should be aware of the ideas that come to their mind, ready to experiment and review the result in achieving their goal.”

The evening concluded with an interactive session with the students of LIBA.
