Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) has successfully completed the summer placement process for the batch of 2018-20. The process saw more than 60 companies making offers across specialisations of HR, marketing, finance, operations, infrastructure management and business analytics.
The major highlights of the placements were:
1. Highest stipend increased to ₹3,20,000
2. Average stipend witnessed an increase of 22 per cent to ₹1,48,489
3. For the top 50 per cent of the batch, the average stipend was ₹2,09,884
4. 20 new companies made offers this year across various sectors
5. There has been an increase of 34 per cent in the median stipend as compared to the previous year
