Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s SPJIMR (SP Jain Institute of Management and Research), Mumbai has announced a case study competition — Success Mantra — for executives. The participants are expected to have three years of work experience and have to be currently employed in a private or government organisation in India. Entries can be submitted by individuals or by teams with a maximum of three members per team.
The winning teams takes home ₹15,000 and the runners-up bag ₹10,000. A 1,000-word abstract on key strategic initiatives to solve business challenges faced by organisations has to be submitted; it shouldn’t be over three years old. The Delhi Campus of SPJIMR will hold the finale and deliver the cash prizes. The selected participants will further get a chance to develop the case study for relevant publications. The contest aims to showcase diverse, successful initiatives and bring them to the spotlight, a release from the institute, said.
