U Education, the newly announced online education venture co-founded by Ronnie Screwvala, Mayank Kumar, Ravijot Chugh and Phalgun Kompalli, will offer all its online courses for young professionals under the brand name ‘UpGrad’.

UpGrad will offer specialisation programmes in entrepreneurship, data analytics and digital business management initially, and expand its programme portfolio over the next 12-18 months.

“Our programs will be selective. We are looking to create highly interactive and engaging content and encourage social and peer-to-peer interactions.
