XIMB accomplishes 100% placements

Highest domestic salary of ₹24.50 lakh per annum was offered this year

XIMB has accomplished a 100 per cent placement for its students of the two year flagship Business Management programme this year. The institute played host to a number of new recruiters such as Anand Rathi, Hewlett Packard, KPMG, Lenskart, Nissan, OYO, Reckitt Benckiser, Salesforce, Reliance Brands, Tetra Pak, Xiaomi, Rustomjee.

The campus placement, Xuberance saw 350 students participate in the placement process, where 104 companies participated, with 54 new recruiters. It is reported that 47 students have been extended PPO/PPIs from their summer internship organisations. The highest domestic salary of ₹24.50 lakh per annum was offered, while the average annual compensation stood at ₹14.31 lakh per annum. The median annual compensation stood at ₹14.16 lakh per annum.

The highest number of recruitments were made in the consulting sector (29%) followed by systems (28%), marketing (21%), BFSI (14%) with regard to the intake. The students were offered with profiles such as risk management, strategic consulting, corporate finance,equity research, marketing, sales and distribution, supply chain management, business consulting, IT consulting and business development.
