XLRI announces admissions to Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) programmes

Includes five-day intensive training component at XLRI campus

Xavier School of Management (XLRI) has announced admissions to the Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) courses of postgraduate certificate programmes for business management and human resource managementThe programmes would be conducted through the VC Now (Unified Collaboration Services) platform at 43 study centres across the country.

Applicants need to have a minimum of two years' work experience, after completion of graduation (in 10+2+3 format) or equivalent.

The course fee for the PGCBM and PGCHRM programmes is ₹2,25,000 and is payable through four instalments. Special discounts for corporate tie-ups are provided as well.

The one-year long online programme aims to provide management education to executives. It also includes a five-day long intensive learning component called the ‘Campus Component’ at the XLRI Campus at Jamshedpur. The classes are conducted by XLRI professors through a high definition video conference-based virtual classroom platform.

Pani, Associate Dean of VIL programmes at XLRI commented, “Our programmes have been designed for executives to upgrade their business acumen, hone their managerial skills that would add value to them personally as well as professionally in their careers without leaving their jobs, cities and families. The campus component forms an integral part of our VIL programme.”
