A ‘memory hacker’ explains how to plant false memories

It's actually easier than you'd think!

We think our memories are reflections of the truth but in reality most of them are altered versions of what happened. According to Julia Shaw, a criminal psychologist who specialises in the science of memory, it's easy to fake and alter memories.
