After having previously denied singing the Bond theme song for the newest Bond movie, adding that he’d heard Ellie Goulding was the one singing it, Sam Smith revealed today, via a statement that he was in fact, going to be the man doing the job.
Called ‘Writing’s on the Wall’, the song is set to be available for purchase and straming on September 25. In his statement, Sam Smith says that it was an honour to be a part ‘of this iconic British legacy’ and described it as ‘of the highlights of his career.’
