Gyproc India currently has three manufacturing plants in the country

Saint Gobain Gyproc, the gypsum business unit of Saint-Gobain Group of France, will set up a new manufacturing plant in India with an investment of ₹400 crore.

“We have identified western India as suitable location for the new plant.

Gyproc India has three manufacturing plants in the country in Jind (near Delhi), Wada (near Mumbai) and Bengaluru.

He said the company was a market leader in India in providing false ceiling, drywall partition and gypsum plaster solutions.

It posted a turnover of ₹700 crore last year and is expecting a 15 per cent growth this year.
