IMT Ghaziabad hosts management and cultural festival

Students from several B-schools competed to win top prizes at the three-day event

Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, conducted the 19th edition of Passion, its annual management and cultural festival, from October 11 to 13. The event brought together industry veterans, faculty members and over 3,500 students from 35 B-schools. The theme was “Spectrum of ideas”, and it focused on the evolution of various management and cultural domains.

On the first day, the college hosted the business conclave, which aimed at facilitating greater interaction between students, academia and the industry. With ‘Thriving on Turmoil’ as the theme, business leaders discussed the uncertainties of the business world and how a company could still emerge a champion in this environment.

Amitabh Verma, founder, AMP Digital; Sanjay Modi, CEO and founder, glascout.com ; Giraj Sharma, founder-director, BehindTheMoon Consultants; and Pankaj Kumar Pandey, CEO, Vyapat Consulting, were present. Comedian Zakir Khan performed on October 12, and Hindi rock band ‘The Local Train’ performed on October 13.
