Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) has appointed S Vaitheeswaran as its new chairperson. He took over from Dr K Ramnarayan. Vaitheeswaran has over 40 years of work experience at the leadership level in the corporate, education, health, and health insurance-related sectors of the country. Currently, he is also serving as Vice-Chairman and MD, Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG).

“Manipal University Jaipur has achieved golden success in its first decade. The university will now work towards embracing digital technology to cater to both campus and online students and ensure high-quality content. It will be our endeavor to strengthen the industry and academia interface,” said Vaitheeswaran.

Manipal University Jaipur President GK Prabhu said, “In the past decade, the university has received many accolades and has excelled in the field of education, sports, and placements. To mark this, the university is celebrating its decennial year. In the coming years, the university is going to set many records under the guidance of Vaitheeswaran.”
