The Manipal-based TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) is hosting the sixth edition of the ‘Bloomberg Olympiad’ from February 21 to 28. A statement said here on Monday that the competition attempts to provide the participants with an invaluable opportunity to test their knowledge of using the Bloomberg terminal to extract useful and apt information while also benefiting from international exposure given the event’s vast outreach.
It said that the International Bloomberg Olympiad is a one-of-a-kind event where the Bloomberg champions from reputed b-schools worldwide compete to become the champions. The event, which is virtual this year, will see participation from top b-schools such as the IIMs, University of Wisconsin, University of Southampton, NMIMS, and SIBM, to name a few. The event is seeing the participation of 24 teams this year. Industry experts from top finance companies will be judging the competition.
TAPMI Finance Forum has been hosting the Bloomberg Olympiad for the past five years in collaboration with Bloomberg, it said.
