One of Europe’s premier universities - Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi has been ranked 7th in the Business and Management studies domain by QS World University Rankings 2015. The 113-year-old university has moved up a notch compared to its ranking in 2014. MISB Bocconi is the only off-shore venture of the University in Mumbai, India.
Università Bocconi stood ahead of prestigious institutions like The University of Oxford, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Copenhagen Business School in the rankings.
QS World Rankings is regarded as one of the three most influential and widely observed university measures along with Academic Ranking of World Universities and Times Higher Education World University Rankings. The methodology included three components - academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact.
These scores were combined to produce results, with weightings adapted by discipline.
