The programme also includes a separate subject on social enterprise. There is a Project Formulation component also under the mentorship of faculty.

"50 per cent of seats in this programme have been reserved for candidates of Jharkhand State. This is also in conformity with a special agreement entered into between XLRI and the Government of Jharkhand," said Prabal K. Sen, Chairperson, Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC), XLRI. "The remaining 50 per cent are drawn from different parts of the country."

"Over 85 per cent of the graduating students across the last five batches have been operating their respective entrepreneurial ventures successfully. We expect the forthcoming batch of students too to turn out successful entrepreneurs,” Sen added.

The last date for online registration is 15th June and the overall course fee is around Rs 95,000, payable in two installments. The applicant to this programme has to be a graduate from a recognised university with adequate literacy and inclination for entrepreneurship.
