IIIT Hyderabad’s iHub-Data has called for applications for MS and PhD fellowships in mobility, healthcare for everyone, India-specific scenarios complex data systems. The mobility space would comprise data-driven smart mobility, computer vision for smart mobility, 2/3 wheeler safety, driver-assistance and road safety.

In healthcare, the fellowships will be offered in areas such as artificial intelligence for early cancer diagnostics, mental and neuro health, disease surveillance and drug discovery. The institute would also offer fellowships to help students work on India-specific scenarios, which include smart buildings, smart cities and smart agriculture.

“We will select the candidates through a written test and interview. The prospective research fellows would be inducted for a period of six months to work in select domains and based on performance would be recommended to appropriate research centres at IIIT Hyderabad,” a spokesperson of the institute, said.

The last date for submitting applications is August 31, 2022.
