Around 200 million years ago, a pregnant Ichthyosaurs and her baby died in the early Jurassic period and were preserved in the ocean floor. Now, the fossils are housed in the Lower Saxony State Museum in Hannover, Germany.
While one might think that these fossils have nothing more to tell us, scientists proved that wrong when they noticed a variation in the predator's length.
