Make it Easy to Justify Hiring You
LinkedIn has some tools you can use to help you identify those skills. The company you want to work for needs to justify hiring you with their local government. Why hire you when they could hire someone locally? Think about this.
Have Some International Experience
If you’ve never worked with foreigners or had to adjust to a completely different culture over a long period of time, then your chances of failure at that job double or triple. And the company knows it. So get some experience at dealing with people from abroad.
Network into Your Target Country
Hiring from outside the country is probably the last thing on a recruiter’s mind. So get to know as many professionals in the target country as possible.
