The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants has announced the re-launch of Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting in partnership with Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labour Relations.
As of January 2016, the programme will be offered online as a live and virtual learning experience, covering topics such as; Talent Management, Succession Planning, Business Strategy, Market Positioning, Executive Assessment, Executive Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion and many more.
The programme, now in its fourth year of operation, previously required participants to travel to New York City for a week-long intensive training course. The new structure is designed to provide better access and flexibility to the programme for executive search and leadership consulting professionals worldwide.
The six month MBA-level certificate is designed exclusively for senior-level Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. It will take participants through a rigorous learning experience by applying cutting edge theory and industry best practices to their client assignments.
