Costolo's resignation leaves employees worrying

Employees feel move may lead to personnel shake-out

Twitter employees are yet to shake off the news about Dick Costolo's resignation as CEO, who will be replaced by Jack Dorsey as interim CEO, from July 1, according to Mashable.

Employees feel the move may even lead to personnel shake-out in the long run, the article said.

The announcement was made during what Twitter calls Tea Time - a company-wide meeting that takes place every other week. The meeting was attended by Twitter co-founder Ev Williams and Dorsey, and Costolo.

The meeting allowed an hour-long Q&A session for the employees, still they are yet to settle with the news, Mashable reported.

Twitter's has already seen its high voltage management drama last year, when many top-profile employees including vice president of engineering Jeremy Gordon, COO Ali Rowghani, and the company's head of analytics Adam Kinney exited the company, according to the report.
