Facebook logo gets a makeover with friendly 'a'.

Facebook has recently updated its logo but ever so quietly one may even not notice, reported Mashable. The new logo comes with a classic blue background with lowercase letters in white but the difference can be spotted by the 'a'. The font used is little thinner as well.

The earlier Facebook logo used Klavika typeface, the new logo is a 'custom typeface', the report said.

The company wants to make the logo more friendly and approachable, the company says. The company had set out for a full logo makeover but settled on an update, Mashable reported.
