The current work environment is along the lines of open innovation. It encourages one to find ideas anywhere they go. While this gives a person a certain amount of freedom and space needed to work creatively, a Harvard Business Review survey found that much of the inspiration for new ideas comes from colleagues, rather than from the outside.
