Jobs on offer, but no one to hire

Multinational employment consultancy firm Manpower has reported that more than one-third of employers around the world are experiencing difficulty filling job positions. In a survey the firm conducted over the first quarter of this year, nearly 42,000 hiring managers across 42 countries were included.
