Vox Media Acquires Re/code

Popular American digital media conglomerate Vox acquired Re/code another American technology industry news publication led by renowned tech journalists Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg. While the financial details of the deal were not disclosed, Vox Media also owns Verge which was Re/code’s major competitor prior to the acquisition. To know more, read here
