Aptech Ltd, a pioneer in the education and training business in India for the last 30 years, was conferred with the ‘Golden Peacock National Training Award’ this year. The award ceremony will be held in Dubai on March 6 as part of the 29th World Congress on Leadership for Business Excellence and Innovation, from March 5-7.
The primary objective of the ‘Golden Peacock Awards’ excellence scheme is to boost the brand image and employee morale of the winning brand.
The award, instituted in 1998, is judged by a transparent, three-tier evaluation system which involves scrutiny of a “self-appraisal report”, assessed by individual assessors as well as a grand jury.
