Emeritus Institute of Management launches a new course

On ‘Leading innovation using the three-box solution’

Emeritus Institute of Management, in collaboration with Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, launched a course on ‘Leading innovation using the three-box solution’ recently. The eight-week certificate programme will train participants to understand how to manage the competing demands of running today’s business while creating one for tomorrow.

The course is developed based on Vijay Govindarajan’s framework for leading innovation using the three-box solution model. It enables participants to gain knowledge, insight, and analytical skills, and apply this to managing the present, selectively forgetting the past and creating the future.

The course combines cutting-edge content from research at Tuck, with an engaging approach to learning, including individual and peer group assignments, and a continual focus on application. Candidates with over five years of work experience as on January 1, 2017 can apply for the course.
