The course is in collaboration with MIT Sloan Executive Education

Emeritus Institute of Management, in collaboration with MIT Sloan Executive Education, will launch a course on ‘Leading organisations and change’ on February 16. The eight-week certificate programme has been designed to train participants to understand the complexities of any organisation and enable them to navigate organisational barriers.

The course combines cutting-edge content from research at MIT, an engaging approach to learning including individual and peer group assignments, and a continual focus on application. It is a thought provoking course with challenging work assignments as well as a powerful change management simulation to immerse the participants in the complexities and nuances of effective changes. Candidates with over five years of work experience as on January 1, 2017 can apply for the course. The last date for applying is February 15, 2017.

Emeritus provides access to Ivy League professors and functions on the key concepts of ‘globally-connected classrooms’ and ‘peer-to-peer learning’. The institute aims to help professionals build the three most essential skills — intellectual capital, brand capital and social capital — that a leader needs to succeed at the next level.
