Foreign delegates get a feel of SIBM-B

The aim is to give a sense of Indian culture and the business environment

Delegates from South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, South Africa, and Sri Lanka had a taste of life at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru as part of a recent month-long programme aimed at promoting Indian education.

The students of SIBM Bengaluru had an interactive session with their guests and also organised a city tour. The group visited Lal Bagh, Cubbon Park, Visvesvaraya Museum and Central Library.

Yathika, one of the delegates, a marketing professor from South Africa, spoke about how she could relate to the people here and found a little bit of everyone in herself.

Sheena Hassanali, a practicing lawyer from Trinidad, loved the hospitality at SIBM Bengaluru and spoke about its culture. The trip mainly concentrated on taking the students all over India where they could get a taste of the culture as well as the business environment. They visited Pune, Aurangabad, Mysore, Bengaluru and will end their trip in Mumbai.
