Secondly, relationships are very important for success. The family comes first, be connected and take care of each other in ups and downs. Organisations must build strong relationships with all the stakeholders on the basis of trust and values. Thirdly, team work is important and to work with people be a good listener from other person’s perspective. Customer satisfaction is linked with employee satisfaction, so motivating employees positively will impact the bottom line.
