The 359 students of the outgoing batch of 2015-17 at XLRI - Xavier School of Management’s flagship two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Management – HRM and BM.
In all, 139 recruiters made 386 offers. This time, there were 42 first time recruiters and roles.
Some of the key highlights of this season include:
~ In all, 121 pre-placement offers PPOs were made.
~ The median salary offered was ₹19 lakhs per annum, while the while the average is ₹19.21 lakhs. In Marketing, the average CTC offered was ₹21.8 lakhs per annum. In Operations, the average CTC was pa o Average CTC in the operations Space: ₹26.5 lakhs per annum.
XLRI’s unrivalled reputation for its Human Resources Program was clearly visible as the HR students secured excellent job offers in all sectors.
