India being primarily an agricultural economy, management graduates must utilise their management skills and knowledge to work for economic upliftment of the nation, especially agrarian sector, said Union Minister Smriti Irani. She was speaking at the IIM Rohtak's 5th annual Convocation ceremony.
Irani urged the students to take inspiration from the life of Steve Jobs. She congratulated the graduating students and urged them have a vision forward.
The convocation was also attended by Atanu Rakshit, Director, IIM Rohtak; Chairman and other members of the Board of Governors of IIM Rohtak Society; faculty; staff; family members of the graduating students among other dignitaries.
