The Data Centre and Analytics Lab (DCAL) of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B) will host the third International Conference on Business Analytics and Intelligence (BAICONF 2015) from December 17 to 19.
The aim of the conference is to create a platform and facilitate knowledge sharing on advanced data analysis, business analytics, big data and business intelligence for academicians, practitioners and researchers.
There will be more than 350 participants attending the conference with 14 plenary talks by speakers from organizations such as Accenture, EMC, Flipkart, GE, Genpact, HP, Qlik Tech, Thomson Reuters, Yodlee, among others.
In addition to the plenary sessions, 150 papers on various aspects of analytics, big data and business intelligence will be presented during the conference. Over 65 per cent of the papers contributed are from industry participants. The conference will have delegates comprising professors, scientists, and managers from different academic and research institutes, technology intensive organizations, as well as from public, private and multinational corporations.
