IMI Kolkata goes ‘international’, again

The university will collaborate with two colleges from Canada and Bosnia and Herzegovina

In 2017, International Management Institute (IMI) Kolkata hopes to further expand its horizon of international cooperation based on academic and research activities.

In the span of two months, the institute has succeeded in finalising two more collaboration agreements with institutes on the global front — College of Business and Economics, University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada and University College, CEPS - Centre for Business Studies, Kiseljak, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Professor Tirthankar Nag, Dean (Research and International Relations), IMI Kolkata says, “Crafting such agreements in this short span of time has only been possible due to the constant motivation received from Arindam Banik, Director, IMI Kolkata and the superior research competency of the faculty members.”

Arindam Banik adds, “The faculty members at IMI Kolkata are continuously engaged in cutting-edge research contributing new insights to the world at large. Their research orientation is globally recognised, making such linkages promising from all respects.”
