Indian School of Business to host a conference on ‘Practice of Value Investing’

Conference to be held in Mumbai on October 16

Global growth is on a steady track to recovery against temporary forex volatility. In this context, the NSE-ISB Trading Lab at the Indian School of Business (ISB) is organising an annual conference on “The Practice of Value Investing” on October 16 in Mumbai. The conference will be led by Professor Vikram Kuriyan, Clinical Professor of Finance, ISB and will provide a platform to understand emerging markets and build global investment portfolios

The conference aims to endorse the principle of value investing and to interpret the various value investing methods used by practitioners.

The topics that will be discussed at the conference include: Boats versus Moats, Future of Finance, and the Art of Selling. The panellists who will be speaking at the conference include: Akash Prakash, CEO and MD of Amansa Capital, Singapore, Chetan Parikh, Co-founder and Director of Jeetay Investments Pvt Ltd and S. Naren, Chief Investment Officer at ICICI Prudential AMC, among others.
