The Indian School of Business (ISB), in association with the Government of Telangana, will be hosting the first edition of the Angel Summit at its campus here on November 28.
Nearly 20 start-ups will make their pitches for the funding during the summit, which will also have a panel discussion on ‘ Be The Captain of Your Own Ship’ – Rising in Leadership Roles and Staying On Top .
The meeting will be attended by 20 speakers drawn from various walks of life from across India and more than 500 aspiring female entrepreneurs, students and professionals, according to a release.
Some of these speakers include Vanita Datla, CFO, Elico Pvt Ltd, Lavanya Ashok, Executive Director, Private Equity, Goldman Sachs, Smita Sabharwal, Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister, Vasu Primlani, International comedian, Mary Kom, Boxer, Kavitha Kalvakuntla, Member of Parliament, Uma Rani, Senior Vice President, SAP Swati Lakra, Additional Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad and Lakshmi Manchu, Actor and Producer.
