JKBS acquires a new identity

Along with revamping the branding, the institute has also modified its teaching and learning pedagogy

JK Business School (JKBS) is off to a fresh start. The educational institute has recently undergone a makeover and introduced a new brand identity, modified their teaching and learning pedagogy to adapt to 'blended learning.'

New branding

As the educational institution is an entity of the parent ‘JK organisation,’ the letters ‘BS’ of Business School have been merged into the lineage of ‘JK.’ To symbolise education, the letter ‘K’ of JKBS has been carefully crafted with a forward-looking edgy appearance, bearing similarity to a book. This logo is a blend of colours — blue to highlight confidence, stability, inspiration, and wisdom; while the colour ‘white’ reflects safety, purity, and cleanliness.

The adage ‘Learn, Innovate, Excel’ is the tagline to signify the quality education that JKBS provides by establishing  innovative teaching methodologies.

New vision

On the new brand identity, Prof Sanjiv Marwah, Director, JK Business School said, “JKBS has always believed in reinventing the wheel and providing relevant and transformative education. We are confident that the new brand identity will truly complement our vision of developing the right talent, that can lead the next wave of national development. JKBS aims to help students work in a global environment and lead in a borderless global society.”

As the pandemic hit the global education sector, JKBS was quick to adopt Google G- suite to ensure that students don't miss a single class of their ongoing trimester. Marwah further added, “Blended learning was an area we quickly marched towards given the logistics and tech-enabled support. We made sure that the education of our students should and would not face any interruptions.”
