LIBA organises training programme for its students

The outbound programme was for the first-year students of its flagship MBA programme

Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) had recently organised an outbound training programme for the first-year students of its flagship MBA programme. It was organised in June at Pegasus Institute for Excellence in Puducherry, with an aim to offer a foundation for students to build leadership qualities and inherit managerial skills.

The programme comprised of various high-energy sessions spread across three days. With 120 students participating in a series of activities, it helped nurture skill sets in areas of teamwork, communication, leadership, time management, problem solving, decision making, motivation, change and personal development. The students, coming from diverse geographical backgrounds, helped each other embrace different cultures.

It also offered students an opportunity to work closely with their peers in the form of training activities, analytically solving problems, leadership and team building activities. At the end of the training sessions, students were groomed with a strong sense of achievement orientation and exposure to real life team situations.
