LIBA to nurture start-ups at Insight 2017

Many entrepreneurs will attend the event to talk about the opportunities available to them in India

Insight 2017, a national symposium hosted by Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), is all set to bring a powerful line-up of entrepreneurs in India to discuss the challenges faced by and opportunities available for start-ups in India.

Aimed at nurturing budding entrepreneurs, this symposium will bring together eminent leaders from across industry sectors to share their thoughts on creating a conducive start-up ecosystem in the country. The event is organised by LIBA in partnership with TVS Capital, TiE Chennai, Villgro and Chennai Angles.

Scheduled to take place on March 11 at The Raintree Hotels, Anna Salai, the symposium will offer young entrepreneurs an opportunity to learn the various nuances of business from a series of sessions hosted by distinguished speakers. It also promises to guide emerging leaders to develop strategies for facing critical challenges in business.

Aligned with the Central Government’s vision of boosting entrepreneurship in the country through NITI Aayog, Insight 2017 will throw light on key growth aspects to engage and motivate students and aspiring entrepreneurs. LIBA will also present the start-ups working closely with the institute’s CK Prahalad Centre of Emerging India, to showcase the role of management institutes in accelerating the growth of entrepreneurship.

Insight 2017 will focus on entrepreneurship, start-up policies, programmes and regulations. Besides focusing on the role of investors in the current ecosystem, the symposium will also showcase the significant contributions of women entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, first-generation entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs from bottom of the economic pyramid. With entrepreneurship changing dynamic of India’s economic growth, Insight 2017 will throw light on the innovative start-up stories that drive social, economic and market transformation.
