NPAT 2017 to be held on May 13 and 14

Application forms should be submitted online latest by April 30

NPAT (NMIMS Programmes After Twelfth) 2017 entrance test is slated to be held on May 13 and 14. SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has already released application forms, which must be submitted online latest by April 30.

Eligible candidates can submit the forms here to carry out NPAT eligibility test proceedings.

Important dates

~ Issue of admit cards: May 8

~ Date of exam: May 13 and 14

~ Result declaration: May 30 to June 27

Eligibility criteria

~ Candidates have to pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam with English as a compulsory subject, and secure at least 50 per cent in PCM.

~ Those appearing for the exam this year can also apply.

~ Those with a diploma in engineering are also eligible.

~ Age limit is 25 years.

Exam pattern

~ Type of questions: Multiple choice questions

~ Duration of exam: Two hours

~ Number questions: A total of 150 questions, 50 each from English, quantitative and numerical ability, and reasoning and general intelligence.

~ Negative marking: For every wrong answer, 1/4th of the mark will be deducted.

NPAT examhelps students secure admission in more than eight programmes under engineering and technology management, pharmacy and technology management, commerce, economics and design. It is the official entrance test for admissions to undergraduate and integrated degree programmes being offered by constituent schools of NMIMS for Mumbai, Shirpur, Bengaluru, Indore and Navi Mumbai Campuses.
