In its Laterals placement process, for the PGP class of 2022, the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) saw the highest offers coming from digital payments player Paytm with 20 offers.

Other domestic and international recruiters for the Laterals Placement, which concluded on January 30, 2022, included, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and American Express, besides Amazon, Atlassian, Flipkart, General Atlantic, Google, Infoedge, Jio, Kepler Cannon, Microsoft, Oracle, Oyo, among others.

The final placement process for the PGP class of 2022 begins on February 8, 2022, with the first cluster going for the process. IIM Ahmedabad follows a cluster-cohort placement process wherein companies offering similar profiles are grouped into cohorts, and several cohorts are invited to the campus in a particular cluster, an official statement from the institute said.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the entire placement process will be conducted virtually this year. Participating companies will not be physically visiting the campus.
