Snapdeal has emerged top summer recruiter at Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, extending 17 internships for various roles to a batch of 301 students.
Summer placement process at the B-School concluded in two and a half days, with a total of 98 companies participating to recruit interns from a pool of 241 PGPM and 60 PGP-HRM students.
The average stipend for the entire batch in the two-year post-graduate programme was ₹1.41 lakh, with the highest stipend pegged at ₹3,00,000.
Some of the first time summer recruiters at the campus included Anheuser-Busch InBev, Edelweiss Financial Services, HCL Infosystems, Hindustan Unilever, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, ITC, Marico, Microsoft, Multi Screen Media, o3 Capital, and Saint Gobain among others.
