TAPMI records 100% placements

Highest international package is ₹23.8 lakh; top domestic offer at ₹19.4 lakh

The Manipal-based TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) has reported 100 per cent placements among the students who opted to be placed.

The highest international package offered this year was ₹23.8 lakh, while the highest domestic offer was ₹19.4 lakh.

Over 143 domestic and global employers made offers to PGDM students from the healthcare, banking and financial services, and general streams.

The average cost-to-company (CTC) across the three courses was ₹10.6 lakh a year. This season’s placement witnessed 40 per cent new companies participating in the process.

The average pre-placement package for the season was ₹12 lakh. A press release said here that there were 93 per cent conversions in pre-placement offers, either from students’ summer internship organisations or through various B-school competitions.

Key recruiters at TAPMI included Amazon, Capgemini Consulting, EY, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Microsoft, Titan, Wipro, Tata Capital, Grant Thornton, Deloitte, GEP, HSBC, Infosys, Exide Life Insurance, KPMG, HDFC Bank, ITC, Britannia, ICICI Securities, Accenture, Citibank, Amul, Cognizant, Mindtree, and Ford.

TAPMI Director Madhu Veeraraghavan said: “I am delighted to note the faith corporate India has reposed in TAPMI.
